It requires the organization to determine the competence of the involved workforce as well as the needed training for them for the proper execution of the management system. It also requires you to maintain documented information.
Clause 8- Operation: This section covers operational planning and control, design, and procurement so that your EnMS meets all the criteria to get certified.
